How it works
1. List Your Property
Create a high quality listing for your apartment. Add clear photos, accurate details, and your preferred rental terms. Our intuitive interface makes it easy to showcase your property to international students searching for safe, long term accommodation.
2. Connect with Students
Students submit booking requests directly through the platform after viewing your listing. You can accept or decline with a single click, and contact details are shared only after a booking is confirmed to ensure a safe and secure process.
3. Manage Agreements Online
Use our bilingual lease templates to create clear and compliant rental agreements. All contracts are signed securely online using legally binding e-signatures, making the entire process convenient and fully digital.
4. Confirm Booking
Once the agreement is signed and the student completes the required payment, the booking is confirmed. We securely hold the first payment until the student moves in and the 48-hour protection period passes. You can then prepare to welcome your new international tenant.

Meet the Founder
My journey from New York City to the Medical University of Białystok gave me firsthand insight into the challenges international students face when searching for housing. Although I was fortunate to speak Polish due to my roots, I saw many classmates struggle with language barriers, unclear agreements, and an unfamiliar rental process. I often stepped in to help communicate with landlords, explain contract terms, and resolve misunderstandings on behalf of other students.
These experiences made it clear how important clarity, support, and trustworthy information are when moving abroad. They also showed me how much smoother the process can be with the right guidance.
This is what inspired me to create Student Bridge. My goal is to help students feel confident as they transition from their home country to their new home in Poland and to give landlords a simple, secure way to connect with reliable international tenants. Student Bridge exists to make that connection seamless for both sides, truly bridging the gap.
