Our listing form collects all the information needed to publish your apartment, and you can upload photos to showcase the space. Once submitted, your listing is reviewed by our team to confirm authenticity and accuracy before it goes live. The entire process is quick, secure, and completely free for landlords.

How do booking requests work for landlords?

Students send booking requests to your listing, and you always decide whether to accept or decline. You will see basic information about the student to help you make an informed choice. If you accept, the student is notified to complete the payment and sign the bilingual lease. Once the student signs, the agreement is sent to you to sign and confirm. After both parties have signed, the lease becomes official and contact details are shared so you can reach out to your new tenant.

What kind of support does Student Bridge provide during the rental process?

Student Bridge makes renting to international students simple and low-effort for landlords. We verify, to the best of our ability, that each applicant is a legitimate student attending or accepted to the Medical University of Białystok, set clear expectations with them, and guide them through every step of the process. Listing your property is completely risk-free and free of charge, and we notify you as soon as a student is interested. By handling the search, screening, onboarding, and communication support, we save you time, reduce uncertainty, and make securing a reliable long-term tenant effortless.

How are leases handled on the platform?

Student Bridge provides a bilingual lease that covers all standard rental terms and is written in accordance with current Polish law. All signatures are completed online through a legally recognized service, and the electronic signature carries the same legal force as a traditional handwritten signature in Poland. Once both parties sign, a finalized copy is automatically sent to you, the student, and Student Bridge, with all fields populated based on your listing, your information, and the student’s details. We encourage you to review the agreement to confirm that all data and terms are correct, and if any questions arise, you can always reach out to us for clarification.

What happens if a student cancels or something changes before move-in?

You will be notified immediately, and your listing will become visible to new students right away. We will also promote your property to increase visibility and help attract new interested students as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances and severity of the situation, we may waive a portion of our service fee on the next successful booking as a gesture of support. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience and ensure your property is filled as soon as possible.
